Contrary to the typical media portrayal of relationships as fairy tales and bouquets of flowers, relationships are a lot more like full-time jobs. Healthy relationships demand attention, patience, time, commitment, and more patience.
Every relationship goes through trying times. One way to heal a faltering relationship is for partners to take time apart from each other. Intentional and mindful separation can be a powerful healing tool.
Thank you, Irina and Justin, for opening up about your separation, and how it ultimately strengthened your marriage.
