Hello. I'm Josh Lothridge, and I manage this "Snark Bait" YouTube channel.

While, yeah, Kristi Noem just got fired, this isn't my vlog about this. Actually, this video has nothing to do with politics. I'm just here to share some thoughts and news.

First of all, I'm thrilled to announce that Snark Bait just hit 150 subscribers! What's crazy is that, on Monday morning before I posted my video about Hegseth's lies leading to the deaths of four (now six) American troops (found here: Link ), I checked the number and there were 62 subscribers at the time.

Then I started feeling unwell. My throat was hurting like heck, my eyes were watering, I had a headache, and I was coughing up mucus. I went to the clinic to see what was wrong. It wasn't COVID, the flu, or a strep throat. Apparently it is some sort of virus but they couldn't identify which one. Ah well.

Either way, I was really tired and basically out of it the entire day Monday and Tuesday. I did check YouTube and replied to new comments, and I did notice that there were a lot more comments than usual, but I didn't really think about it too much.

Yesterday morning, I felt a bit better so decided to check the stats again, and was utterly stunned to see I now had 140+ subscribers! I was planning on doing a video for the 100th subscriber, but somehow I just zoomed past that milestone! And now here we are, at 150 subscribers!

Before I close this, I wanted to give you a bit of taste for my future plans, and maybe give you a reason to stick around. This summer, when I have a bit more time to dive deep into the research, I plan on introducing a new series called "Fourteen Characteristics of Fascism." That will touch upon its historical roots and how it applies to our current time.
