Genesis 3:15 is the first promise in the Bible. Jehovah spoke it right after Adam and Eve sinned. In that verse, He promised that Satan would not win. He promised to send the Offspring who would crush the serpent. From that moment on, the whole Bible explains how Jehovah carries out that promise. It leads to God’s Kingdom, the end of Satan, and peace forever. This verse shows that God was not slow. He was making sure His purpose would be fully proved right.
