With a strong focus on strategic storytelling and digital engagement, Gabriel “Gabo” Ponte-Fleary is helping elevate visual communications and marketing impact at RIT’s National Technical Institute for the Deaf.

An RIT/NTID alumnus, Gabo now serves as Assistant Director of Visual Communications for the Department of Access Services, where he leads the development of strategic marketing initiatives, visual storytelling projects, and digital content workflows that strengthen the department’s visibility and outreach. His work blends creativity with data-informed decision-making to ensure messages reach the right audiences in meaningful and engaging ways.

Drawing on his expertise in multimedia production, design strategy, and collaborative project management, Gabo fosters innovative content solutions that support institutional goals while amplifying the stories of the RIT/NTID community.
