Here is an interview with Arturo Ruvalcaba, the Deaf man who was injured by ICE agents when they tried to detain him in Utah on September 29, 2025 and is suing the Department of Homeland Security. Accompanying him is his attorney Jared Allebest, who is also Deaf.
