Deaf advocates in British Columbia, Canada have expressed deep concerns about their provincial government’s cancellation of a CFR (call for responses) that would have established a bilingual ASL/English) early language access services program for about 500 Deaf, hard of hearing, and DeafBlind children ages 0-5 in the province.
