No, I don’t want a cochlear implant. But even if I did, they don’t “make you hearing”

FYI, I’m not against cochlear implants, they can be a great tool for many Deaf people. I don’t like how people assume they make you hearing, or that if you get a cochlear implant you don’t need to learn ASL.
