Ann Darden’s case was unique because she sued her own committee to get her assets because she desired to give all money to her sister after her death. This never happened. The jury founded she was proved intelligent but incapable to do her funds. That is a contradictory statement.
This is caption-impaired, and fully in American Sign Language only because deaf people deserve to know what this ridiculous law was like years ago. I did text on some parts.
