As someone with ADHD—and currently off my medication due to pregnancy—I have to be extra careful. I naturally tend to overshare (I’m an open book!), but my ADHD can also make me a little too unfiltered… 🤣 Which, let’s be honest, can make social media tricky. I want to be mindful of respecting other people’s privacy and stories, so sometimes I have to talk things through with Zach first—just like I’m doing here!
