Most of salsa is made from garden. I used up 25 beefsteak tomatoes and they are small and medium sized due to excessive heat.

Roasted beefsteak tomatoes for tomatoes and basil with garlic sauce.

Cooked 8 large eggplant parmigiana and freeze portions.
