Homeless people should be allowed to sleep and nap in trees. This specific type of tree was planted by the State many years ago and the nuts are now injuring my cityfolk. I rarely broom this area of the State's paved trail. I really think they should install proper fruiting trees along with vegetables around the base of the trees. But I have mental health issues, don't listen to me and tell me to shut up. \lml
