TRANSCRIPT: The U.S. Men’s Soccer team just defeated Iran 1-0. That means the U.S. advances into the Round of 16 knockout stage for the World Cup in Qatar. The U.S. will ply against the Netherlands on Saturday. It was a good game with Iran. Iran tried to get at least a tie so they could advance in the tournament. They made several shots near goal but couldn’t score. The U.S. got their goal in the 38th minute with our star player Christian Pulisic. He got injured from a collision with Iran’s goalie.
