Have you ever done Yoni (vaginal) steaming?

I did it for the first time recently after hearing about it for years, but with a Deaf Yoni steaming facilitator, Alicia Walsh, MFT & Ayurveda Wellness Coach.

The experience was steamy, indeed (pun intended) and yet also very educational and empowering. Our vaginas are a big part of us and need the care it deserves! Check this out!
