GOLF:

— Ashlyn Johnson advances to gold medal match against India’s Diksha Dagar.

BASKETBALL:

— U.S. women defeats Brazil 87-18 in quarterfinal match and will play Greece in semifinal match on May 10

— U.S. men defeats Lithuania 87-80 in quarterfinal match and will play Poland in semifinal match on Day 10

GRECO-ROMAN WRESTLING:

— Amaree Mckenstry (97 kg) loses in semifinal, but has a chance to enter the bronze medal match with a win on Day 10

— Ashten Johnson (87 kg) also loses in semifinal but has a chance to enter the bronze medal match with a win on Day 10

SOCCER:

— U.S. Men defeats Japan 3-0 in friendly match

VOLLEYBALL:
