Lori: It depends on the interview and what kind of job. If the interviews or jobs are similar - then the more you practice, the more successful you will be.

Tyese: If you are doing interviews for a different company, you will change those answers that fit with what the company is looking for. You will learn to make changes, and you'll improve by expanding more details, find out what kind of specific information they're looking for. Learn to tailor your answers, and you'll get better!
