December 12, 2020 members meeting on zoom was not finished and it was recorded.

We, as members of VAD have the rights to preview recordings of meetings and for those who are members were not available to attend zoom meeting and therefore we need to preview recording meetings (similar to minutes written by secretary-same thing)
For errors or need to edit motions or whatever is same thing in person meeting we read minutes and inform Secretary of missing information or errors before approve minutes.

Ok, where are the previous recording meetings conducted by VAD Board and VAD members?

So, don’t assume. Listen both sides and ask person in question.
