Remember last Oct 2020 septic tank failed and need dig for new sewer pipes then move dirt into septic tank hole. Since then rain and rain every single week to now. We are having ice storm going on all day today.

We decided not to put seed and hay because March is coming soon. Instead, will put new sod grass. Less hassle to water, weed control etc. sod grass no weeds.
