Deaf Attorney Michael Schwartz, who used to be an assistant DA in Manhattan, sits down with Alex to discuss Mavrick Fisher’s guilty verdict for involuntary manslaughter.

Lake County District Attorney Susan Krones will decide on December 4th if she wants to go for a retrial on a more serious charge of voluntary manslaughter. On November 20, the jury found Mavrick not guilty of premeditated murder and the jury was deadlocked on voluntary manslaughter.
