A follow up from my last vlog few days ago asking VAD to start plan membership meeting that I suggested December 5 2020 which is 2 months from today. Tick tock.... clock is running down on time to set up member meeting

Disappointed with Treasurer Jay Spraker. It is treasurer’s duty to send membership reminder due either by email or snail mail.

Secretary Jeanne Lavelle. As a secretary it’s your job to send emails to 46 current members of VAD board meeting and members meeting. People tend not to check VAD.org for meeting announcements due to fact this website is not set up to send members notification.

Vice President Rachel Bavister. I noticed your tendency to jump in and respond to member’s posts. It is President Mary Rose’s job to communicate with all members via social media and emails. Bavister, you asked me as a member to train VAD officers and board to learn how use and conduct zoom meeting.

It is Officer and Boards responsibility to take training on your own free time by going to YouTube and learn to conduct zoom meeting smoothly

Bavister, it’s your job as Vice President to train new President Mary Rose how to conduct meetings and communicate with members.
