I want to say I did witness everything what Peggy did to both Zack1324 and Dawn here in DVTV between 2015-2017 until the day Peggy was permanently banned from DVTV. Remember, Vicki was her best friend. So, I can vouch for Zacky since I am a witness. My plan is to host a public SYL for Zacky and Peggy since Harold will close SYL to a private group only. I ran the idea by Zacky and he approves of it. It would depend on their schedule but plan is to have an one one one meeting so they can solve their problem.
