Washington, D.C. is not a statehood. They only have a D.C. Delegate to represent D.C. population in House but with no voting power to vote on bills on floor. House passed the D.C. Statehood bill to grant D.C. a statehood status. The bill now goes to Senate which is under GOP control and it may not pass there. Link: Link
