[VIDEO DESC & TRANSCRIPT: Annabelle is wearing a sweater. The NAD logo on top right corner. As the video begins, a bold white line forms and white "CORONAVIRUS TIPS FOR DEAF TEENS" appear from left top corner.

ANNABELLE: This idea is something you can look back on from a future self. The idea is to find a piece of paper, write to yourself in 5-10 years then hide it in your backyard. Or, really, it doesn't even need to be your backyard. You can just put it in a box but the point is not to look at it for 5-10 years. Then open it! Makes you think if you'd feel the same things as you did when you wrote the letter. Do it! It's a cute idea!

Video cuts to a dark blue background. Red alphabet letters of "N-A-D" in American Sign Language appear one by one in the center of the video. The copyright text appears in white underneath, "National Association of the Deaf, Copyright 2020, All Rights Reserved".]
