In fact in 2016 Election, Donald Trump did not win the popular votes. Hillary Clinton wom more than 3 millions votes than Trump did. Trump "Won" the old Electoral College System. it's outdated and it worked for those during the colonial days but it's not working and unfair for today's America. Republicans want to keep the old system to cheat the Democrats from winning elections. DAMN!
