1) Open Safari Preferences 2) Click the "Advanced" Tab 3) Check "Show Develop menu in menu bar" 4) Close Safari Preferences 5) Open the "Develop" menu on the top of Safari 6) Choose "Experimental Features" 7) Finally make sure "MediaRecorder" is checked.
