Congress turned down Trump's request for money to build the border wall. He looked around to see if he could pull money out of projects. He asked Pentagon to find any programs to cut and take money out and put into a new project to build the wall. There si a problem here. The President is supposed to ask Congress for permission to withdraw money from projects and put into Wall building Project. That's abusement of Presidential Power. See Link:Link
