We're excited to finally release the NAD Employment Resource Center (NERC) website! NERC is dedicated to promoting improved employment of deaf and hard of hearing people and will provide employees and employers a single location with employment-related information, statistics and publications.

JACOB: We're thrilled to announce the release of a new website: the National Employment Resource Center (NERC) website. This purpose of this website is to provide resources to support deaf and hard of hearing people with job searches, establishing a business, and more. The website is also available for employers who want to hire deaf and hard of hearing people. Explore the NERC site and you will find different tabs with important information and resources.
