City of my home area on newsletter stating, If you need to report fireworks in the area, call their non-emergency police line at (_ _ _) _ _ _ - _ _ _ _. Please be aware that their dispatchers and officers could be responding to emergency situations first. "Fireworks are Illegal in my local"
