Give you some tips using video marketing to promote job opportunity for deaf community. Use your video editing, marketing, online form-job application, customer service skills you already have to create PIP (picture in picture/video in video) insert as most powerful visual aid on video. I was hired as video marketer/job recruiter/interviewer for past Deaf Business with hearing contractor(licensed franchise) who was desperately need to hire deaf employees only on full-time job opportunity. Rough estimated 100 Deaf responses i received successfully that took me 2 months and half to recruit, interview, screen them out, and answer their job questions. Unfortunately both Deaf founder and hearing contractor as partnership SHUT DOWN after i left/walked out first back 2016 under the suspension of something wrong so fishy with the Deaf founder that ended up not get along with me so many things disagreement.
