I went to the doctor to check my blood pressure. My blood pressure was 117/82, which means I no longer have diabetes. I don’t need the diabetes or blood pressure medicine anymore, so I’ll be throwing them away, and the doctor wants me to keep up the Keto diet for the rest of my life.
