Attention PADI Regular and Associate Members

2018 Annual Meeting of the Philippine Association of the Deaf, Inc.

When: Sunday, February 25, 2018

Where:
ï‚· Joy Center located inside the compound of Don Bosco
Technical Institute Makati along Chino Roces Ave.
(formerly Pasong Tamo St.) 
ï‚· Entry is thru Gate 3 in front of Waltermart.

Registration:

ï‚· Starts at 8:00am
ï‚· Limited to Regular (Deaf) members and Associate
(Hearing) members who are at least 18 years old. 
ï‚· Upon registration each member shall pay their 2018
Annual Dues of Php 200.
ï‚· Please do not bring young children

Election:

ï‚· Regular members who have paid their 2017 annual dues
will be allowed to vote during the election of the new
Board of Directors. 
ï‚· Regular members who paid their 2016 annual dues but did
not pay their 2017 annual dues will not be allowed to
vote. 
ï‚· Associate members are not allowed to vote.
ï‚· Nominees for the new Board of Directors are selected by
the Nomination Committee and are listed in the Election
Ballot.
ï‚· Voters should choose only 6 nominees from the list of Deaf
candidates and only 9 nominees from the list of Hearing
candidates.

Lunch: Will be served at 12:00 noon.
