Matthew R. Mann (I see from a book he was a student and then a teacher at TnSD so he was definitely deaf). Total 53 years at TnSD (1881-1934) Teacher & Negro Department Superintendent.
This clip of "The Lord's Prayer" signed by Mann was filmed in 1937 when Mann was 76 yrs old. Lot of his signs are older ASL compared to current ASL.
