Y'shua Mashiyach is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Rav Shaul [Paul] knows Y'shua as the Word of YHWH who is Mashiyach, as the same yesterday, today, and forever, and all things were created by the Word of YHWH from the beginning of time.
