Dogs D' Alene event in North Idaho

I went to the library because I put the books in it. About morning, Iwas curious about the event with dogs, and saw the booths were there. I stayed in the library about an hour. I went and found the crowd with their dogs were there. I learned that events called Dogs D' Alene. It was my first time.
