On this one day of the year, take a look at small habits that are easy to change, the things that add up throughout the year in your lives. Leaving the television turned off when not watched. Turning off the water during brushing. Setting the air conditioner a degree higher. Washing clothes in cold water and hanging them to dry. Invest in a programmable thermostat and LED lights.
