An Infant was Neglected for Almost 6 Years.

A deaf/hoh couple just adopted an "infant" who is now 6 years old, Christopher from an orphanage in Bulgaria. Christopher was neglected for almost 6 years until he was adopted by the amazing family who gives him a lot of love and attention. Christoper is in good hands.
