"Hi! Happy New Year oouuuch it's FEBRERO!! Did you make new year resolutions? Normally, I don't. But if I do make resolutions, then I forget them after one month. I think this is because my goals are too vague. If I make the goals smaller, I can measure them, and maybe that way I can achieve them.

So, what are my goals for this year? I have 3

first, I will go to the gym regularly. This is a goal from last year, so it won't be hard to continue. Every weekday (Monday through Friday) for one hour.
