Victor Solano was Signing Santa again this year at the Dolphin Mall, in Doral, FL. Deaf and hard of hearing students from Miami Dade County Schools visited Signing Santa today and received gifts from the Dolphin Mall, South Florida Deaf Recreation Association, Purple Communications and Sorenson Communications.
