If I offered you a car and you could take it at no cost to you, but you hate the car for whatever the reason and you have absolutely no desire to drive it- would you take it? Of course not! You simply do not have the "free will" to choose to take it. Same idea! No one with his sinful nature would accept the free offer of salvation unless he is changed by the grace of God.
