Hoy for the Hall of Fame

Need your help by sending email and telling the Hall of Fame Committee that Dummy Hoy is the right candidate to be chosen as the Hall of Fame inductee. He was the first deaf player to play in a professional baseball and initiated a signaling system to help umpires use in the game today. Please help Steve Sandy's dreams come true.
