Meet two domestic violence survivors: one hearing woman who got out of her situation because of access to a 24/7 domestic violence hotline, and one Deaf woman who's situation was prolonged because of lack of access and understanding. This all leads back to the WhoWillAnswer campaign to fund a National Deaf Domestic Violence Hotline.
