Fun question: Do you have EU passport?

Since my dad was born in Hungary and by law citizenship is passed through blood, I have a potential shot at becoming Hungarian citizen and obtaining a EU passport without knowing Magyar language or not residing in Hungary at all. This was purely a fun, curious, educational inquiry.
