I happened to see an interpreter on TV while I was at the restaurant. Before you bark at me, I recognize the inequality accessible for Deaf people in Peru and every other developing country.
You know, most oftentimes, you'll see an interpreter on TV when an emergency occurs- while what I saw was the news on TV.
