Every one is SINNER, but see #1,2 of tract, meaning to recognize yourself as sinner and be repentant toward SIN (death and in bondage to Devil in Gen. 3) Once became saint (immediately, and free from SIN/Bondages of Devil , then You are of God/JC, forever!) Its your choice as Jesus said, in John 3:18. (read that!) ILY in Christ's name.
