Learned the update information on the case of Raymond Early aka Dummy Moore. He was wrongfully arrested for a sexual assault, which should not have happened in the first place.

Raymond was a victim of a racial system and race discrimination. He was deaf, but black. I will keep you posted as I got more information from the State of North Carolina.
