Hello!

I am Chris Haulmark.

I am running for Kansas's Third Congressional District.

Today's vlog is to discuss our current 3rd Congressional Representative Republican Kevin Yoder, whom is a hosting a town hall, mediated by the Kansas City Star newspaper.

This town hall is limited to a lottery chosen from submitted names.

This unacceptable, as the town hall should be open to everyone in the Third District, including the Deaf and disabled people who require full access to town hall participation.

The Kansas City Star will be supporting a Facebook Live video of the town hall meeting.

Previous Facebook Live videos by Kansas City Star did not provide access via captions.

I will be asking Kansas City Star to add LIVE captions to Rep. Yoder’s town hall in order for all Deaf and disabled people to have full accessibility for participating.

View the [Facebook] post and view the request letter link, describing the ADA-compliant accommodations formally submitted to Kansas City Star to providing captions and accommodations for making Rep. Yoder's town hall meeting accessible.

Please help us by making sure that Rep. Yoder is completely accessible to us all.

Help by sharing this video to raise awareness on what Rep. Yoder is doing incorrectly and unacceptably.

Please make a $10 donation to DeafInCongress.com.

Let's make this happen!
