ASL VLOG: GOP candidates had been saying at tonight's NH GOP Debate and during the rallies taht President Obama had been abusing the use of Executive Powers. Is it a fact? Is Obama the only President using Executive Power? No. Did he abusing it for using it so many times? , that's false. Every president since George Washington used it. So far, Obama's use of Executive Powers is lower than any President since FDR. It's a fact. See chart at end of VLOG.
