In American Sign Language (ASL), I wanted to let you all know that there is poison in refined sugar which can cause havoc in your health even FDA still approved almost all processed foods with added sugar in their ingredients. So the alternative way to eat frozen dessert is to eat frozen fruits. Stevia is the natural sweetener which your body can recognize it and able to break down the nutrients. Avoid any artifical sweeteners such as pink packet of Sweet & Low, blue packet of Equal and also yellow packet of Splenda. They are all made from the man-made chemicals.
