I don't think it's a complete win for Trump. However, from my reading of tea leaves, it appears that SCOTUS does believe in some kind of immunity for future Presidents. I strongly suspect the case will be remanded to the lower court with new framework to evaluate whether alleged acts are part of a President's official duties or personal conduct in new evidentiary hearings. It's likely to be a 6-3 majority in favor of Trump for limited scope of immunity.
