Turmeric Chicken Stew I cook boneless thighs with one large chopped onion and fresh garlic with Kerry gold unsalted butter sprinkle lot of ground turmeric let it cook more tender before add fresh baby spinach and fresh toppings green shallot, steamed brussel sprouts and serve tri color coleslaw with few baby spinach. Serve lunch time with family.
