My Homemade Jambalaya

I cook an electric skillet cut two large white onions few stalk celery and fresh garlic chop all combine with beef sausage first all cook well done and add original Rotel more boil until absorb more thickness brown before add rice stir before add vegetable broth and add little water. Let this simmer for 15 to 18 minutes then turn off on an electric skillet. Let it soak for another 15 minutes before serve jambalaya. Yummy!
